In nomine domini Amen. Nos Johannes et Otto fratres de Rore Notum facimus omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis, quod nos curiam in pirche, quam nos in feodo ab ecclesia Babenbergensi semper habuimus et modo domina Ivta quondam vxor Otockari de Lueterbach pro tempore vite sue a nobis tenet in feodo, pure ob reverentiam dei in remissionem omnium peccatorum nostrorum hospitali sancte Marie in pyrno monte damus libere ac legamus ita, vt post mortem dicte domine Jute memorata curia cum omni jure nobis conpetenti predicto hospitalj in perpetuum seruiat nomine proprietatis, nulla nobis uel alicuj parentum nostrorum vel successorum Jura aduocatie reseruantes. Confirmamus etiam et ratas habemus omnes donationes dilecti patris nostri Ot. Factas eidem hospitali super curia apud Cremsam. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras sibi dedimus et sigillorum nostrorum munimine iussimus roborari. Huius rei testes sunt dominus Chunradus hospitalarius eiusdem ecclesie, Herebordus auunculus noster de Traeberch, Otto dictus Walre, Heinricus vivr, Heinricus de Puchchirchen, Livpoldus zoertel, Heinricus de vrahe et alij quamplures fide digni. Datum in Castro nostro Rore Anno domini M°.CC.LXXXIIII. VI. kal. Aprilis.
