Heinricus Dei gratia Palatinus Rheni Comes, Dux Bawarie notum esse volumus universis, quod nos ad remedium anime Patris nostri nec non ob salutem nostram, uxoris quoque ac heredum nostrorum Ecclesie sancti Lamberti in Suben et fratribus ibidem Deo servientibus hanc prerogativam concessimus, ut apud Burchusen et alias Mutas nostras infra Salzburgam et Pataviam sitas omni exactione sopita in victualibus suis videlicet duodecim cupparum salis et duo millia caseorum liberam habeant transvecturam.
