Cum litterarum testimonia lites exterminent pullulantes, ego Hertwicus dictus Wiltpergarius de Lindenberch et ego Agnes, vxor eiusdem notum facimus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris hanc litteram inspecturis, quod nos cum consensu bono et fauore filiorum nostrorum, Heinrici et Engelberti, ac filiarum nostrarum iam adultarum Agnetis ac Sophye, omniumque heredum nostrorum beniuola voluntate, in quinque areis et vinea prope beneficium Gerungi in Strenich, et in vndecim iugeribus agrorum sub monte contra villam prehabitam situatis, sex solidorum redditus preter sex denarios, quorum quarumque proprietas ad nos omni iusticia pertinebat, venerabilj domino Walchuno abbati et conuentui ecclesie sancti Lamberti in Altenburch pro octo talentis et sexaginta denariis vendidimus, predictorum proprietatem ego Hertwicus et Heinricus filius noster manibus propriis in dicto monasterio ad altare sancti Lamberti, et ego Agnes ac Engelbertus filius noster cum Agnete et Sophya prefatis filiabus nostris, ad manus fratris Andree cappellani de Altenburch nomine sue ecclesie pleno iure nostro in castro nostro apud Lindenberch libere resignando, secundum omnem formam iusticie et consuetudinem terre, si necesse fiat, omnem defensionem de ipsa predicta proprietate faciendam dicto monasterio, fide data abbati et fratribus prelibatis, ad ea tempora, que ius denominat, fideliter promittentes, ita, si in ipsa nunc promissa defensione nostra defecerimus, quod dictam ecclesiam indempnem per omnia et in omnibus reddere teneamur. Vt autem predicte vendicionis nostre contractus perpetue firmitatis vigorem contineat et valorem, in evidens testimonium predictorum presentes litteras inde conscriptas pretaxate ecclesie sancti Lamberti et fratribus ibidem deo seruientibus contradidimus, quas quia sigillo proprio caruimus, ad clariorern memoriam veritatis procurauimus et impetrauimus virorum nobilium, dominorum Erchenberti ac Haidenrici de Gors purkcrauiorum, necnon domini Heinrici Cinkonis, qui etiam huic vendicioni nostre fauorabiliter annuit, et quorum etiam quia presentibus aderant, viuens testimonium invocamus, sigillorum suorum munimine firmiter roborari. Huius rei testes sunt vna cum predictis:dominus Stephanus de Meissowe marsalcus Austrie, dominus Otto de Nevnburch, dominus Wolfhardus et dominus Fridericus de Durrenpach, dominus Wolfgangus de Nevndorf, dominus Vlricus dictus Gaizpach, milites, Heinricus de Wiltperch, jtem Heinricus filius suus, Heinricus Dahpek, Engelbertus de Chrug, Gotschalcus de Vronhoven, jtem Gotschalcus filius suus, Almarus de Speissendorf, Engelbertus Stainpekch, Albero et Levtwinus fratres de Vuenvelde, jtem Levtwinus de Wolfpaizzinge, Vlricus de Lindenberch, Heinricus filius suus, Vlricus Cinco de Sahsendorf, jtem Chunradus et Fridericus dicti Cinkones, Ortlinus de Neundorf, Ortolfus de Stocharn, Heinricus et Chunradus filij eiusdem, Hugo de Molt, Fridericus dictus Zobel de Shirneinsrevt, Perchtoldus frater suus, Albero de Waltkerstain et alij quam plures. Actum et datum in Altenburch, anno domini MCC. nonagesimo tercio, in dominica palmarum.
