Abstract
20. Februar 1323, Göttweig
Pfarrer Otto an der Kirche des heil. Petrus in Hayndorf beurkundet durch Revers, dass er mit Zustimmung seines Herrn des Abtes von Göttiveig sich zum Studium des Rechtes nach Bologna begeben wolle und zu diesem Behufe von dem Stifte Göttweig folgende Codices entlehnt habe: das Decretum,1 die Decretalen und die Instituta. Er übernimmt zugleich für dieselben die Haftpflicht auf sein ganzes Eigenthum.Siegler: Pfarrer Otto von Hayndorf.Datum: Actum et datum (1323) dominica reminiscere in Chotwico.
