Ego Ditricus Dictus Huetstoch et ego Gertrudis uxor ejusdem vniuersis christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris omnibus tenore presentium declaramus, quod prehabito amicorum nostrorum sano et salubri consilio et consensu pociorum duas uineas sitas prope Busonium in monte, qui Weinarn uulgari nomine nuncupatur, a Hainrico dicto Sachrer pro septuaginta quinque libris wiennensium denariorum de nostris propriis rebus siue pecuniis comperauimus speciali (sic), cujus supradicti montis et uinee magistri montis existunt D. abbas et conuentus monasterii sancte Crucis, tempore illo, quo libere facere potuimus, nulloque contradicente, nec aliquo obstaculo repugnante, pure ac liberaliter propter deum ob remedium animarum nostrarum ac omnium progenitorum nostrorum uiris religiosis D. Ottoni uenerabili Abbati sancte Crucis monasterii prelibati Cisterciensis ordinis, patauiensis dyocesis et Conuentui ejusdem loci in perpetuum assignauimus et assignamus‚ donauimus et donamus justo proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidendas sic, quod libere eis liceat quocumque tempore cum eisdem uineis omnem eorum procurare utilitatem pariter et profectum tam in uendendo quam in obligando uel quomodocumque, siue dare quibuscumque prout eis melius uidebitur expedire; Tali sponsione recepta de D. abbate et Cellerario, quod in Die beati Mauritii et in die beati Bartholomei apostoli dabuntur conventui duo plena seruitia in piscibus, simulis et uino meliori singulis annis sublata qualibet occasione inexcusabili et suspecta, sicut retroactis temporibus est consuetum. Porro ipsi fratres in uia mandatorum diuinorum currentes deuote orationis hostiam salutarem pro nobis ac pro nostris progenitoribus tanto attentius offerre dignabuntur, quanto uberius experti fuerint affectus nostri beneuolentiam cum effectu. In cujus rei testimonium presentem litteram exinde conscriptam nostro sigillo diligentius roboramus cum sigillo nobilis domini, domini Ulrici de Mayssawe, superioris marschalci in Austria et cum sigillo nobilis domini domini Andree de Svnberch, qui hujus rei testes existunt cum suis propriis sigillis. Acta sunt hec et data wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo decimo nono, in die beati Jacobi apostoli.
