Abbatem et Conuentum Monasterii Sancte Crucis, ymo ad ipsum Monasterium, mediam libram perpetui Census de domo Relicte Alberti Carnificis sita in vicinitate domus Conradi dicti Rumpf, et ex altera parte in vicinitate Curie beate Katharine in Posonio, annis singulis soluendam dedimus et contulimus eisdem dominis Abbati et Conuentui ac Monasterio sancte Crucis Ordinis Cisterciensis Patauiensis dyocesis antedictis matura deliberacione preuia in perpetuum possidendam eo Jure, quo mihi aliquamdiu et hucusque extitit seruita sine contradictione aliquali atque secundum consuetudinem Ciuitatis harum quibus Sigillum nostrum appensum est testimonio litterarum. Datum in uigilia beatorum Philippi et Jacobi apostolorum. Anno domini M°. CCC°. Quinquagesimo Nono.
