Nos Frater Henricus Abbas Monasterii Beate virginis in Pelis Totusque Conuentus loci eiusdem Notificamus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod Nos parium voluntate ac maturo consilio prelibato Honorabilibus et Religiosis viris Domino . . . Abbati et Conuentui Monasterii sancte crucis in Austria, Redditus duorum talentorum perpetui census, quos hactenus habuimus et possedimus de duabus Curiis in villa Arwaystal situatis, vendidimus, donauimus et contulimus jure perpetuo et irreuocabili possidendos pacifice et quiete, tenendos pariter et habendos pro viginti talentis denariorum Wiennensium, quos plene et integre ab eisdem percepisse presentibus profitemur. De quibus quoque eos quietos reddimus omnimode et solutos. In cuius rei memoriam firmitatemque perpetuam Domino Abbati et Conuentui prefati Monasterii sancte Crucis presentes dedimus litteras Sigillorum nostrorum munimine pendencium roboratas. Datum anno domini M°. CCC°. xlx° septimo, In die Crispini et Crispiniani Martirum beatorum.
