Martinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei. Dilectis filiis .. . Preposito et Conuentui Monasterii sancti Georii in herczogenborg per Prepositum soliti gubernari ordinis sancti Augustini Patauiensis diocesis Salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum a nobis petitur quod iustum est et honestum tam vigor equitatis quam etiam ordo exigit rationis ut id per sollicitudinem officii nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii vestris iustis postulationibus grato concurrentes assensu personas uestras et locum in quo estis diuino obsequio mancipati cum omnibus bonis que impresentiarum rationabiliter possidetis aut infuturum iustis modis prestante domino poteritis adipisci sub beati Petri protectione suscipimus atque nostra omnesque libertates et immunitates a predecessoribus nostris Romanis Pontificibus siue per priuilegia siue alias indulgentias uobis et Monasterio uestro predicto concessas nec non ecclesias in Salapulka in Hayczemdorff in Stalhoffen in Pannsee in Nusdorff in Reydnik et Capellas prefato Monasterio canonice unitas ac libertates et exemptiones secularium exactionum a Regibus Principibus uel aliis Christi fidelibus rationabiliter uobis et Monasterio uestro predicto indultas sicut eas pacifice obtinetis uobis et per uos eidem Monasterio uestro auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre susceptionis confirmationis et communitionis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli Apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Florentie Id.
