Nos Georgius Dei et Apostolice Sedis gracia Episcopus Patauiensis Alme Strigoniensis Ecclesie Administrator, nec non Aule Romane Regie Maiestatis Cancellarius supremus, Notificamus vniuersis presentes literas inspecturis, Quod venerabilis et in Christo nobis sincere dilectus lohannes prepositus Monasterii in herczogenburg Ordinis sancti Augustini Canonicorum Regularium nostre diocesis in nostri presencia constitutus produxit quoddam priuilegium sibi et eidem Monasterio suo per bone memorie Dominum Rugerium quondam Patauiensem Episcopum predecessorem nostrum graciosius concessum et donatum, nobis humiliter supplicando, ut huiusmodi priuilegio confirmacionis robur auctoritate nostra ordinaria benignius addicere dignaremur, cuius tenor sequitur per omnia in hec verba, Rogerius dei gracia Patauiensis Ecclesie Episcopus Omnibus presentes literas inspecturis salutem in eo, qui est salus omnium. Cum ex officio pastoralis sollicitudinis teneamur necessitatibus subditorum succurrere et quibusque iuxta singulorum merita uisceribus pietatis subuenire, eo amplius volumus et debemus preces familiarium nostrorum admittere, quanto cognoscimus eos in amore nostro feruere deuocius, et nostris fidelius utilitatibus insudare. Hinc est quod ad noticiam cunctorum peruenire uolumus tam presencium quam futurorum, quod nos inspectis necessitatibus fidelis nostri domini Engelschalci Prepositi et Conuentus sancti Georii insuper consideratis seruiciis, que nobis tam diligenter quam fideliter exhibent pro modulo sue paruitatis remunerare uolentes affectum laudabilem quem erga nos et habent et habuerunt hactenus, quondam (sic) ius uinearum quod vulgo pergrecht dicitur quod singulis annis nobis de uineis suis in Kunigesteten existentibus persoluerunt, condonacione libera ipsis indulsimus et auctoritate qua fungimur perpetuo concessimus possidendum, precipientes Officialibus nostris qui sunt et post hac esse poterunt auctoritate presencium, ut nullus eos in hac concessione uel possit uel debeat aliquatenus molestare. Igitur ne per nos factum misericorditer uel iniquorum calumpnia uel processu perturbetur temporis minus laudabiliter, dedimus in testimonium rei geste presentes literas sigilli nostri munimine roboratas, Datum in Newnburg per manum Magistri Ottonis Notarii nostri Anno gracie M°CC° XLIII°, XV Kal. Decembris, presentibus viris venerabilibus Hertwico de Chotwik Theoderico de Sitansteten Abbatibus, Domino Vlrico Archidiacono de Memminge, Magistro Pilgrimo decano sancti ypoliti Cappellano Domini de zayzperg Conrado Cappellano Domini Hainrico de Merswank Hainrico nano Reimberto de Aygen Harthungo officiali de Chunigesteten et aliis quam pluribus quorum nomina ignoramus. Nos vero considerantes predictam suam peticionem consonam racioni, ymo vestigiis predecessorum nostrorum quantum cum Deo possumus inherere volentes, ipsum priuilegium in omnibus suis punctis et articulis confirmauimus approbauimus et ratificauimus ac auctoritate nostra predicta tenore presencium non ex errore sed de certa sciencia confirmamus approbamus nec non robur habere volumus perpetue firmitatis.
