Notum sit omnibus nostris successoribus, quod ego Vdalricus II. abbas istius loci domine Adalheide de Hohenbvrch comitisse plenam fraternitatem ut uni fratrum nostrorum dedi cum omnium fratrum nostrorum coniuencia. Ipsa enim multimodis nobis suis adstitit beneficiis et creberrimis, inter que et locum, qui dicitur Pehstal potestatiua manu nostro loco contradidit eo uidelicet tenore, ut ordo monasticus, ut ibi fas erit, instituatur et de cetero nostro loco subiciatur.
