    In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis heinricus dei gratia abbas in chremismunster et conuentus. Cum ante conspectum diuine maiestatis super omnia dona uirtutum maior omnium sit caritas, que est concordia fratrum et amor proximorum, ex precepto saluatoris omnium omnes ad bonum pacis et concordie tenemur reuocare. Igitur nos et fratres nostri in Chremismunster habentes litem cum uenerabilibus fratribus nostris in Lambach super decima et terminis in prediis ipsorum in loco, qui Grunah apellatur, considerantes posse grauari tam ipsam quam et nostram ecclesiam expensis grauibus decreuimus facere conpositionem amicabilem super eadem lite ex consensu partis utriusque et conmisimus ex utraque parte in arbitros. Qui deuote laborantes ad conseruandam pacem et quietem utriusque ecclesie sicut uiri discreti et prouidi trutinata hinc inde causa suscepta arbitrati sunt, ut nos ipsis predictis fratribus de Lambach deferentes cederemus liti acceptis ab eis in concambio xl. libris publice monete. Et ne hec actio in posterum a nostris successoribus reducatur ad querelam, sed firma et inconuulsa permaneat in perpetuum, scripto et sigillo nostro roborauimus adiecta testium astipulatione subscriptorum.
