Wichart von Arenstein beurkundet, dass das Kloster Lambach für die in seiner Vogtei stehenden Güter ihm nichts weiter zu geben habe, als einen weissen Pelz, zwölf Scheiben Härbes und den je dritten Pfenning von jeder neuen Gülte.

    Ego wichardus de Arenstein et forstmagister Ministerialis Austrie cunctis presentem cartulam inspecturis salutem in uero salutari. Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod Ego wichardus aduertens, quod ueritas claudi potest, set uinci non ualet, quia suorum paucitate contenta est et multitudine hostium non terretur, ad honorem dei propterque parentum meorum et mee salutem anime conpromitto, quod in prediis Abbatis de Lambach et eiusdem monasterii conuentus ubicunque locorum in aduocatia mea sitis iniustas et indebitas occasiones male lucrandi scienter non Admittam fieri, Set solo et determinato iure ratione Aduocatie mihi cedente in predictis prediis ero contentus, Hoc uidelicet, quod Abbas pretaxati monasterii unum pellicium Album et XII. citas puri lini, quod in vulgari dicitur zwelf sheiben harwes, mihi dare tenetur annuatim. Insuper de omni acquisitione tercius denarius mihi cedit. Succedentes uero mihi filii. si secundum rectam et meam institutionem predicto jure contenti esse noluerint, sed ipsum in presumptione et superbia uiolauerint contumaces, ipso etiam debito et statuto jure Aduocatie me sic ordinante et sub ordinationis forma simpliciter protestante merito et omnimode ac irrecuperabiliter debeant priuari. Vt autem huius protestationis series maneat inconuulsa, duxi presens scriptum mei sigilli munimine roborandum. Huius rei testes sunt hii: Otto de Arenstein, wulfingus frater eius de Tribanswinchel, vlricus asinus senior. vlricus asinus jvnior, Otto de Pertoldestorf, Chunradus de wildekke, Rudegerus de Arnstein, Heinricus de Ahlot, Pertoldus de ahlat, Albero murril, hermanus sagittarius et Alii quam plures.
