Quoniam in humanis actionibus nichil est stabile uel perfectum, necessarium est actus humanos quantitate temporis mensuratos, ne pretereunte tempore simul ipsos actus cum tempore uetustatis absorbeat obliuio, scriptorum fulcimento tanquam firmissimo ueritatis immobilis indicio perhennari. Hinc est, quod nos Heinricus de Chunringe marscalcus per Austriam vniuersis presens scriptum intuentibus scire damus, quod nos culpam nostram, quam in lesione hominum et prodiorum lambacensi monasterio attinencium contraximus, cognoscentes ad exhortacionem et peticionem domini Cunradi dicti de husecke procuratoris curie in Chrems prefatos homines et predia in nostram protectionem et singularem graciam recepimus in hunc modum Ita, ut nichil iuris nobis in eisdem prediis vendicantes saluo prorsus iure monasterii memorati simpliciter et pure propter saluatoris nostri magnificenciam et gloriose uirginis matris eius honorificenciam manu tenebimus ab ornnium malificorum incursibus studiosissime defendentes pro satisfactionis eciam exhibicione sepedictum monasterium omni modo prout iustum est promovere fidelissime cupientes. In cuius rei argumentum presens scriptum sigillis nostris fecimus roborari. Actum anno gracie M°cc°lv.
