    Notum sit tam futuris quam modernis presentem literam jnspecturis, quod domina At. de Reichenawe vxor domini helwici pie memorie uendidit quandam vineam suam in monte Stuppach sitam domino Reinberto de Chranchperch Et sub tali iure promissionis pariter conuenerunt, ut omnia iura memorate uinee predicti montis cum ceteris hominibus habentibus ibidem uineas prefate domine sine omni obstaculo negligencie et preiudicio persoluet annuatim, Si autem rei alicuius causa uel moda aliquo, quod prescriptum est, obmissum fuerit ex parte domini Reinberti, ipsam uineam sibi libere usurpet et proprie teneat et absolute recipiat domina At. que vendiderat. Huius geste rei testes sunt: Chunradus Eisenpeutel et fratres sui Fridericus et Sifridus, Eberhardus de Puchperch, Rudegerus de Losenhaim, Helwicus et Weigandus de Grizze, Otto de Wage, Ortolfus Reutstoch, Weigandus de Lupo et Vlricus filius suus, Wulfingus filius Ottonis, Hainricus sartor, Otto de Walde, Sifrit de Chozestorf, Rudegerus felzarius, haimo et filii sui Chunradus et Rudegerus de Sneperch, Chunradus cellarius, Hainricus et Otto fratres de Plenich, Weigandus de Wedenich.
