    Ne obliuionis vicio acta modernorum valeant anullari, futurorum memorie scripti debent testimonio commendari. Vnde nos heinricus dei gracia Lambacensis ecclesie Abbas cvm toto eiusdem domus collegio notum fieri volumus vniversis hanc paginam inspecturis, quod vnanimi consensv sigillis nostris et presenti scripto confirmavimus fideli nostro Ditmaro de Pavrawe et vxori sue Gerdrudi et liberis ipsorum hereditatem in duabus curiis in Pavrawe videlicet et in Swaig superiori sitis, que primitus ipsis iure hereditario a predecessore nostro felicis memorie Wernhardo Abbate nostra collate fuerant voluntate. Que confirmatio a nobis tali peracta est conditione, ne ipsi uel posteri ipsorum terminos curiarum earundem transgredi non presumant. Qui sunt hii: In pavrawe terminus contra vadum Ezeling inchoatur et per collem modicum in prveel novalia ambientem ascendens ad quercum maiorem inibi terminatur. In Swaig vero inter liminares antiquos Ditrici pramhas transgredi non adtemptent. Insuper singulis annis in festo Michaelis VI. solidos denariorum persoluere pro servitio non obmittant. Quod testantur subscripti Heinricus Miles Stille, Maganus Miles hornorn, Hermannus advocatus, Otto de Soemeting, Vlricus officialis hatenperch, hvgo cavpo, Chvnradus liber Chvstelwanch Et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno ab incarnatione domini M°.cc°.lx°viij° feliciter AMEN.
