Von den fünf ursprünglich vorhandenen Siegeln befinden sich nur mehr vier Fragmente, darunter zwei von äbtlichen Siegeln, an der Urkunde. Material: Pergament
Nos Wichardus, Ortolfus, Phylippus, Hainricus, Albero fratres de Pollenheim presentibus litteris protestamur, quod instantiam querimonialem domini heinrici venerabilis abbatis de Lambach ad consilium prvdentum virorum scilicet Friderici Dapiferi de Lengenbach nec non et Domini Vlrici de Capella super omnibus grauaminibus et iniuriis, que nos dicto Abbati ac suo Monasterio sev hominibus eiusdem intulisse forsitan videbamus sub amicabilis composicionis remedio conuenimus in hunc modum. Ipse dominus abbas vnacum domino Chvnrado Capellano ipsius nobis gratiose remisi omnes iniurias per nos eisdem illatas porrecta dextera manuali suo et Ecclesie nomine tali modo, quod nos de cetero semper contra offensas gratiis, beneficiis et obsequiis ponamus emendacionis fidei cum omni constancia puritatem sed si forte, quod absit, nos aut aliquis de nostris hominibus per aliquod offendiculum in contrarium versi fuerimus, sicut minime nos speramus, tunc ad consilium domini Vlrici de Capella predicti determinacionem finalem super offensis talibus infra dies quatuordecim proximos prosequemur omni contradictione remota vel si prefatus dominus vlricus tempore medio vitu vel morte ab huiusmodi facultate subtractus fuerit, quoquo modo eadem emendacio sub forma premissa per capitaneum, qui tunc nostris partibus est prefectus, finem debitum sortiatur. Quod si nos vel aliquis ex nobis tali forme decreuerit refragandum (?), omnes iniurie, quas dictus dominus Abbas in totum remisit, ad primum statum antequam fuissemus taliter complanati, redeant integraliter et in totum et ad plenam querimoniam contra nos Herum reviviscant. Super ista vero composicione firmanda presencium prelatorum et ministerialium Sigilla vna cum nostro presentibus litteris duximus adponenda Testibus subnotatis, quorum nomina sunt hec: dominus fridericus Abbas de Gersten, dominus Rvedolfus de Sytanstetten, dominus Offo de Glvnich dei gracia abbates. dominus fridericus Dapifer de Lengenbach, dominus Vlricus de Capella, dominus Gvndacher de Storchenberch, dominus Otto de Volchenstorf, dominus hademarus de Wesen. Ministeriales: dominus Marquardus Prevhaven, dominus Chvnradus de hag, dominus Ortolfus de Chersperch, Joseph de Styria et alii quam plures. Datum et Actum aput Wiennam Anno domini M°cc°lxxx° primo in festo beati GEORIl.
