Nos Chunradus dei gratia Abbas totusque conuentus Lambacensis ecclesie tam presentibus quam futuris presenti littera declaramus, quod conmuni consensu contulimus Heinrico de pittenperch et vxori sue Gerdrudi omnique ipsorum posteritati dimidiam curiam ibidem sitam iure hereditario possidendam tali conditione, vt ipsi singulis Annis in Natiuitate beate virginis lx. denarios pro servitio, xv. denarios pro steura culture, qvinque denarios pro steura Advocatie, quinque denarios pro vectura vini tempore suo persoluere non obmittant. In huius rei testimonium assignavimus eis presentem litteram sigillis nostris et subscriptis testibus Roboratam. Testes Heinricus vichter, Heinricus veinger, Walchunus filius suus, Maganus, vlricus fratres de chustelwanch, vlricus de hoetenperch, Otto, wernher filii sui et alii plures. Datum in Lambach Anno ab incarnatione domini M°.CC°.LXXXVI°.
