    Wernhardus deigracia Ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus. Vniversis Christi fidelibus Salutem in omnium salutari. Cupientes quoslibet christiane fidei professores ad ea deuocionis exercicia donis spiritualibus inuitare, vt eum, de cuius munere venit, vt a fidelibus suis sibi digne et laudabiliter seruiatur, in suis sacratis edibus suo cultui dedicatis pro perceptis ab ipso beneficiis deuota frequencia et dignis honoribus venerentur. Omnibus, qui Ecclesiam Lambacensis Monasterii jn festiuitatibus quatuor beate virginis Marie et Patroni et jn Anniuersario dedicacionis ecclesie et Altarium digna deuocione curauerint frequentare, de Omnipotentis Dei Misericordia et beati Stephani prothomartyris omniumque sanctorum patrociniis confisi Quadraginta dies de iniuncta penitencia, dummodo contriti fuerint et confessi, misericorditer in domino relaxamus. Volentes Indulgencie nostre graciam huiusmodi perpetu (sic) duraturum. Datum Wienne Anno domini M.CC.LXXX sexto xj. kal. Maij.
