Albertus dei gracia dux austrie et Stirie, dominus carniole, marchie et Portusnaonis vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit, salutem. Venientes ad nostram presenciam Religiosi viri honorabilis abbas et Conuentus monasterii Lambacensis quoddam nobis exhibuere priuilegium ipsis per Illustrem quondam principem Fridericum ducem austrie et stirie recordationis felicis pie traditum et concessum humiliter postulantes, quatinus jdem sibi priuilegium cum graciis annotatis innouare de speciali gracia dignaremur. Est autem priuilegij per omnia tenor talis: Fridericus dei gracia dux austrie Et stirie ac dominus carniole omnibus hanc Litteram inspecturis salutem. Quia ad instanciam (siehe die Urkunde: datum Hintperch am 26. März 1242). Datum Hintperch anno dominj M°.CC°.XLII°.VIJ. kalendas aprilis. Nos igitur eorundem fratrum profectus et conmoda singularis beniuolencie prerogatiua et affluencia prosequi cupientes prenotatum priuilegium et suam continenciam graciarum, sicut de verbo ad verbum superius exprimuntur, affectu liberali admittimus, approbamus, innouamus et scripti presentis patrocinio conmunimus. In cuius rei testimonium hanc paginam scribi et sigillo nostro fecimus conmuniri. Datum welse V. nonas Julij anno dominj M°.CC°. octogesimo septimo.
