Albertus dei et apostolice sedis gracia Electus confirmatus ecclesie Patauiensis Venerabilibus et religiosis viris Abbati totique conuentui Monasterii in Lambaco nostre dioecesis Ordinis sanct Benedicti salutem cum sincera in domino caritate. Felicis recordacionis predecessorum nostrorum pontificum prefate ecclesie patauiensis, qui secundum antiquam et approbatam consuetudinem super vnius persone prouisione in singulis cathedralibus, collegiatis, conuentualibus ecclesiis seu monasteriis nostre dioecesis habebat petere et cum promptitudine qualibet exaudiri, vestigiis inherentes pro dilecto nobis alberto clerico nostre dioecesis exhibitore presencium vobis preces nostras primarias fiducialiler duximus porrigendas, sinceritatem vestram rogantes intimo cum affectu, auctoritate quoque ordinaria nichilominus adiungentes (iniungentes), quatenus eidem, quem bene meritum et ydoneum esse conguestimus (sic?) (confisi sumus ?) de aliquo beneficio, si quid nunc vacat, ecclesiastico, alioquin de proximo vacaturo ad collacionem, presentacionem seu ordinacionem vestram spectante, quod idem acceptare duxerit, ob nostre noue creacionis reuerenciam, liberaliter dignemini providere; proinde eciam ad omnia, que vestrum ac monasterii restri commodum et honorem respiciunt, inveniemur semper faciles et benigni.
