17. Januar 1440
Hanns Holzinger u. andere Bürger v. Wels bezeugen, dass unterhalb der Stadt Wels auf der Haid nahe bei Marchtrenk vor Zeiten ein Holzgrund gewesen ist, gennant "Niedernhart" u. dan ausgestockt wurde.
