In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Eberhardus dei gracia iuuauensis archiepiscopus. Predecessorum statuta iusta et rationabilia successores debent inuiolabiliter custodire maxime, ubi conducunt ad augmentum religionis et sustamentum (sic) deo seruientium. Ea propter nos considerata beate memorie predecessoris nostri Chunradi archiepiscopi Iargitione in decimis duarum parrochiarum putinensis et brambergensis atque noualium uicinorum partim cultorum partim excolendorum in usum cenobii richerspergensis concessionem ipsius ratam habemus et in perpetuum ratam uolumus et decernimus habendam. Sed quia in eiusdem predecessoris nostri priuilegio termini australes huius donationis ambiguo nomine montis Hartberch sunt prefixi et exinde fuit occasio contentionis inter collectores decimarum nobis et predicto cenobio pertinentium, certiorem prefigimus terminum, uidelicet fluuium pincah usque ad cuius ripam noualia in silua putinensi ad presens culta et in posterum colenda excepta canonica portione plehanorum in decimis fructuum terre atque animalium proueniunt in vsus fratrum regulariter conversantium in prefato cenobio. Quecumque autem secularis aut spiritualis persona, quod a beate memorie predicto antecessore nostro pie ordinatum et a nobis nichilominus pie ad cultum pietatis roboratum est, aliquo modo in irritum duxerit atque in hoc prefatum cenobium temere perturbauerit et secundo ac tercio commonita non resipuerit, iram dei sentiat in interritum carnis, ut spiritus saluetur per ueram penitentiam, sine qua, si morietur, in ultimo examine reddet rationem coram summo iudice. De salubri sane dispositione nostra presens pagina conscripta et sigillo nostro inpressa data est in castro Strazburch anno dominice incarnationis MCLXI. Indictione VIII. VIII. idus septembris. Huius rei testes ac conlaudatores sunt, quorum normina subnotauimus: Romanus Gurcensis Episcopus, Hugo prepositus maioris ecclesie, Gotfridus abbas admontensis, Romanus gurcensis prepositus, Hecil abbas osciacensis, Pilgrimus abbas s. Pauli, Wernherus prepositus secowensis, Chuono prepositus subnensis, Magister adalbertus de honen, Hademarus archipresbyter frisacensis plebanus, Engelrammus de sancta Maria archidiaconus Zol, Otakker archipresbyter de viscach et capitulum frisaci habitum, in cuius audientia causa hec fuit proposita, quo etiam annuente per consilium rationabiliter acta est predicti cenobii preposito Gerhoho eligente pocius consilium quam ivdicium.
