Fridericus dei gratia Romanorum Imperator semper augustus, Jerusalem et Sicilie rex. Accedentes ad presentiam nostram honorabiles Chuno prepositus et conuentus de Richersperge fideles nostri optulerunt culmini nostro quoddam scriptum patens indultum eis a quondam Liupoldo duce Austrie et Stirie felicis memorie, supplicantes humiliter maiestatj nostre, ut diuine pietatis intuitu paupertati dicti monasterij misericorditer consulentes idem scriptum renouare et confirmare de pietatis nostre gratia dignaremur. Cuius tenor per omnia talis erat. In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Liupoldus dei gratia dux Austrie ac Styrie. (Folgt dessen Privilegium vom 9. März 1203.) Nos itaque pietate moti, qua omnium locorum uenerabilium et religiosarum personarum iustis petitionibus fauorabiliter inclinamur, dictorum prepositi et conuentus supplicationibus annuentes idem scriptum indultum eis per eundem Livpoldum ducem felicis recordationis de plenitudine imperialis potestatis renouamus et salubriter confirmamus mandantes et presentis scripti auctoritate precipientes, quatinus nullus sit, qui contra presentis renouacionis et confirmationis nostre paginam uenire presumat. Quod qui presumpserit, indignationem nostram se nouerit incursurum. Ad huius itaque renouationis et confirmationis nostre memoriam et robur perpetuo ualiturum presens priuilegium fieri et sigillo nostre celsitudinis fecimus roborari. Huius rei testes sunt uenerabiles... Patriarcha Aquilegensis, Sifridus Maguntinus, Chunradus Treuerensis et Eberhardus Salzburgensis archiepiscopi, E. Babenbergensis, S. Ratisponensis imperialis aule cancellarius, episcopi, 0. dux Bawarie comes palatinus Reni, Bernhardus dux Karinthie, H. lantgrauius Thuringie, Gotfridus de Hohenloch, Chunradus burcgrauius de Nuoremberc et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno dominice incarnationis millesimo, ducentesimo, tricesimo sexto, mense Marcii, X. indictionis, imperante domino nostro Friderico secundo dei gratia inuictissimo Romanorum imperatore semper augusto, Jerusalem et Sicilie rege, imperii eius anno oetauo decimo, Jerusalem duodecimo, regni uero Sicilie tricesimo octauo feliciter Amen. Data Wienne anno, mense, indictione prescriptis.
