    Omnibus christi fidelibus presenti pagina innotescere cupimus, qualiter Engilbertus prepositus et uniuersitas fratrum litteratorum et illitteratorum in domo sancti floriani concambium fecerunt cum quodam Chaerl et filiis filiabusque suis, dantes eis predium, cui nomen loch, quod ab episcopo diepoldo emerunt, et lucum cum suis attinentiis, quem dominus heinricus de lapide eidem ecclesie contulit, et recipientes ab eis aliud predium in oude situm ex utraque parte cautione et conpromissione facta, si forte lis aut controuersia de utrolibet pretaxatorum prediorum quacunque occasione emergeret, utralibet pars predium a se in concambio datum a querelantivm inpeticione tueretur.
