    In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Wolfkerus diuina fauente gratia patauiensis ecclesie episcopus. His presentibus scriptis nostris successorum nostrorum noticie pandimus, quod chori et ministerialium nostrorum accedente consensu cum fratribus in domo Sancti Floriani cambientes tradidimus eis curtem in sumerowe cum omnibus adtinentiis suis cultis et incultis et duo predia iuxta neunchirchen sita accipientes ab eis aliam curtem iuxta fluuium, qui dicitur erlah sitam, et predium unum situm iuxta marbach.
