    Gundakchrus de Storichenberch omnibus hanc paginam inspecturis salutem in perpetuum. Quia uiri religiosi in monasteriis constituti pro fidelibus ecclesie incessanter laborantes orant, salubre est, ut divites seculi circa mundanas res occupati de suis rebus aliqua conferant ecclesiis religiosis, per que eorum orationes et suffragia sibi conpararent profutura. Hoc ego Gundakchrus sollicite perpendens, cum haberem hubam vnam iuxta uillam, que dicitur Austen sitam, eandem ad peticionem domini Dietmari venerabilis prepositi de domo sancti Floriani ecclesie sue pro remedio anime mee et parentum meorum libere tradidi confidens in domino, quod fratres eiusdem ecclesie pro salute et prosperitate mea et pro remedio anime mee deo deuote supplicarent. Quia vero eandem hubam quidam Burgensis Anesi seyfridus nomine a me iure pheodali tenebat, dictus prepositus et capitulum suum cum eodem egerunt, quod nobis eam iuri suo renuntians resignauit per capellanum nostrum vlricum de tanen(?) hiis testibus presentibus Ruperto, Herman woluolt, Vlrico et Friderico de Lantzenperg, Vlrico de Lonen et Pilgrimo cellerario ecclesie. Et ut hec donatio mea firma sit et rata in perpetuum, hanc inde paginam feci conscribi et sigilli mei inpensione roborari. Testes donacionis Dietmarus de aistershaim, Sighart Piber, Vlricus de Lindenberch, Hartwicus de Mulperig, Hainricus stille, vlricus de vatershaimen, Gebhart et charlo de aistershaim, Wernhardus de Siterpach, Ortolfus de Egendorf, vlricus de Taenen. Acta sunt hec anno ab incarnacione millesimo cc. xl. in Ibenberch, VIta feria proxima exaltacioni sancte crucis.
