    Rvgerus dei gratia Patauiensis episcopus omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis salutem in domino. Accedentes ad presenciam nostram fratres de Styria nobis humiliter supplicarunt, ut ad hoc noster consensus accederet et uoluntas, ut ipsis liceret quedam bona in Haedegersperge, que a nobis et ecclesia patauiensi feodaliter possiderent, ecclesie S. Floriani in remedium animarum suarum et progenitorum et posteritatis ipsorum tradere perpetuo possidenda. Nos itaque peticionis ipsorum deuocioni fauorabiliter annuentes, intendentes nichilominus prefate ecclesie nobis deuote profectui hac in parte ea, que dicti fratres pia deuotione ducti postulabant, cum fauore admisimus et consensu renunciantes iuri feodi, quod in eisdem bonis ad nos spectare et Patauiensem ecclesiam sciebatur, ut prefata ecclesia in subsidium necessitatum suarum tytulo proprietatis eadem bona liberius perpetualiter possideret. Vt autem huiusmodi consensus noster et donacio sine calumpnia robur obtineat perpetue firmitatis, hanc litteram conscribi et nostro sigillo muniri in testimonium fecimus et cautelam. Datum in sancto Floriano Anno domini MCCXLIIII. VI. Idus Aprilis, Indictione II.
