    Alexander episcopus seruus seruorum dei Dilectis filiis ... Preposito et Conuentui Monasterii sancti floriani ordinis sancti augustini Patauiensis diocesis Salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum a nobis petitur, quod iustum est et honestum, tam uigor equitatis quam ordo exigit rationis, ut id per sollicitudinem offitii nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii uestris supplicationibus grato concurrentes assensu personas uestras et locum, in quo diuino estis obsequio mancipati, cum omnibus bonis, que impresentiarum rationabiliter possidet aut in futurum iustis modis prestante domino poterit adipisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus. Specialiter autem domos, terras, possessiones, pascua, sliuas et alia bona uestra, sicut ea omnia iuste ac pacifice posidetis (sic), uobis et per uos Monasterio uestro auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hac (sic) paginam nostre protectionis et confirmationis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Anagnie Nonis Octobris, Pontificatus nostri anno Secundo.
