O. dei gratia Ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus vniuersis christi fidelibus has Litteras inspecturis Salutem in domino. Nouerit uestra dilectio nos litteras Alberonis de Chunringe uidisse et legisse per omnia in hec uerba. Omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis tenore presentium innotescat, quod nos Albero de Chunringe austrie pincerna ad instanciam consiliariorum nostrorum attento iuris ordine et omni condicione exclusa domino Arnoldo venerabili preposito et Conuentui domus sancti Floriani omne ius quod in Capella Liehtenchirchen per LXX annos et forte amplius se habere dicebant, ipsis sicut decuit pure recognouimus propter deum actioni, si qua nobis competebat in eadem, renunciantes et donationem eiusdem Capelle, quam Hermanno Scolari nostro feceramus, decernimus minime valituram, sepedictam Capellam cum omnibus suis attinenciis Ecclesie sancti Michahelis in Wachowe, cuius filia esse dinoscitur, restituentes pleno iure non obstante dicto Conuentui inuestitura spiritualium, quam dominus noster Episcopus fecerat cum Hermanno. Et ne aliquis successorum uel heredum nostrorum occasione impeticionis nostre dictum prepositum et Conuentum de cetero molestare presumat in eadem Capella, ipsis factam gratiam Sigilli nostri munimine roboramus. Acta sunt hec Anno domini MCCLVIII. XIII. Kalendas Augusti et hoc in Castro Tyrenstein in presencia Testium, quos annotamus: Plebanus de Cysteinstorf, Vlricus Notarius, Arnoldus de Tyrenstein, Rumhardus de Cysteinstorf, Reinboto de weittra, Hertwicus Genslo Milites nostri, Dietlo de Prvnne, Chunrat de Spitzze, Otacherus Trachter et alii quam plures. Nos uero pia deuotorum acta et maxime, que es habundantia iuris procedunt, volentes benigno, fauore prosequi et sincero, predicta omnia sicut per eundem Alberonem de Chunringe rationabiliter facta sunt, grata et rata habentes ea auctoritate litterarum presentium confirmamus decernentes carere omni robore firmitatis, quicquid per Hermannum scolarem predictum de inuestitura Capelle predicte aput nos fuit obtentum presertim cum suggesta falsitate et tacita veritate per eum fuimus circumuenti. Datum in Ebelsperch Anno domini Millesimo CCLVIII. VIII. kalendas Augusti, Pontificatus nostri Anno Quinto.
