    (O)mnibus hanc litteram inspecturis tenore presentium innotescat, quod nos Albero de Chvnringe, austrie pincerna ad instantiam consiliariorum nostrorum attento iuris ordine et omni conditione exclusa domino Arnoldo uenerabili preposito et conuentui domus sancti floriani omne ius, quod in Capella in Lietenchyrchen per LXX annos et forte amplius se habere dicebant, ipsis, sicut decuit, pure recognouimus propter deum, actioni, si qua nobis conpetebat in eodem, renuntiantes et donationem eiusdem Cappelle, quam Hermanno Scolari nostro feceramus, decernimus minime ualituram, sepedictam Cappellam cum omnibus suis attinentiis Ecclesie sancti Mychahelis in Wachovve, cuius filia esse dinoscitur, restituentes pleno iure, non obstante dicto conuentui inuestitura spiritualium, quam dominus noster Episcopus fecerat cum hermanno. Et ne aliquis successorum uel heredum nostrorum occasione impeticionis nostre dictum prepositum et conuentum de cetero molestare presumat in eadem Cappella, ipsis factam gratiam sigilli nostri munimine roboramus. Acta sunt hec anno domini M.CC.LVIII. XIII. kalendas augusti et hoc in Castro Tyernstaein in presentia testium, quos annotamus: Plebanus de Cystenstorf, Vlricus notarius, Arnoldus de Tyernstaein, Rumhardus de Cystenstorf, Reinboto de Wittra, Hertwicus Genslo milites domini Alberonis de Chunringe, Dietlo de prvnne, Chvnradus de spizze, Otacherus trachter et alii quam plures.
