In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti. Ego ditmarus de Stiria una cum filiis meis Dietmaro et Duringo presentium testimonio profiteor litterarum, quod omni iuri proprietatis, quod tam ego quam idem filii mei habuimus in filiabus Heinrici decimatoris in Niwenchirchen superioris, quarum hec sunt nomina, Livkart, Perhta, Alheit, Jetta, abrenunciauimus absolute delegando eas super altare sancti martyris floriani presentibus hiis, quorum nomina pro cautela hic fecimus annotari: Arnoldus prepositus et Vlricus dictus de Styria Canonicus in domo sancti floriani, Marquardus, qui dicitur Metze, Wernhardus de strazze, Chunradus camerarius, Otto aput valuam, Decimator de gvmerching, Heinricus frater eiusdem de niwenchirchen, Ditricus de vrevntsperch et alii quam plures. Acta sunt in domo sancti floriani anno domini M. CC. L. VIII. IIII. Nonas Junii, Indicione I.
