Nos, videlicet Gvndakkarus de storchenberc et Chvonradus de Sumerowe presentibus litteris protestamur, quod nos ad instanciam Alberti venerabilis decani de Ardakker nec non plebani ecclesie sancti Michahelis in Wachowe pratum dictum wlgariter in der sazze, quod Chunradus de swarza a nobis possedit titulo feodali, id ipsum ipso nobis resignante et omne ius proprietatis, quod nobis attinebat in eodem, delegavimus ecclesie sancti Michahelis in wachowe pro remedio animarum nostrarum pleno iure et perpetuo possidendum. et in huius cause robur et testimonivm adhibemus sigilla nostra presenti pagine, eis etiam testibus, qui huic facto aderant, similiter annotatis. Testes Rudgerus de liechtenowe, Walconus zant, Hermannus et Ottakkarus fratres de Rechperc, Chunradus de droz, Chunradus de giluz, Chunradus de woluerut et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in liechtenowe Anno ab incarnacione domini M. CC. LXXIIII.
