Ego Ulricus Judex et uniuersitas Ciuium in Lintz notum facimus uniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis, quia de quadam uinea dicta in Pvehel inter venerabilem dominum Chunradum prepositum domus sancti Floriani et ipsius Ecclesie conuentum ex parte una et heredes Chunradi wakrainarii ac uxoris sue domine Chunigundis pie recordacionis ex parte alteralis et altercacio uerteretur in pretorio, quod uulgariter Schrange dicitur, coram nobis utraque pars comparens, heredes ipsius wachrainarii et uxoris sue Chunigundis mediante iusticia et amore renunciauerunt omni iurisdicioni pariter et actioni, si qua illis in uinea supradicta Pvhel conpetere uidebatur. In cuius rei testimonium et cautelam ipsi domino Chunrado preposito sancti Floriani totique conuentui suo tradimus presens scriptum Sigilli communitatis nostrorum Ciuium munimine roboratum cum testibus subnotatis, qui sunt dominus Hertnidus de truna, Vlricus Judex, Heinricus de Ascha, Heinricus de V/ezinge, Heinricus pranter, Vlricus et Heinricus fratres filii mavtarii, Dietwinus, Siboto Hentel, Ortwinus prvnner, Walchunus de Patauia, Chunradus gener Waltheri in angulo, Heinricus gener Nitwini, Albero maschinger, Chunradus de Everdinge et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec aput Lintz Anno domini M. CC. LXXVI. V. kalendas Marcii.
