    Nos dei gratia vl(ricus) prepositus totusque Conuentus Domus sancti Floriani notum facimus vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod vnanimi consensu Witigoni et Vlrico filiis quondam Chunradi Sartoris mansum vnum in Pratenpruk, qui communiter Hueba dicitur, contulimus tali iure, quod Lantsidelrecht uulgariter appellatur, de quo soluere tenentur annuatim octo metretas frumenti et tria scaphia auene et vnam metretam tritici et tres solidos denariorum. Hec omnia in Natiuitate beate virginis persoluentur, Alioquin post predictum tempus anno elapso et die, saluis etiam emendis a iure statutis predictus mansus ad iura Ecclesie nostre libere reuertatur. Acta sunt hec anno domini M. CC. LXXIX. cum testibus adnotatis, qui sunt dominus vlricus iunior de Capella, Dominus Ditricus officialis in Ebilsperch, Ortolfus de Alharting, Rudolfus de Alharting, Otto de Emling, Heinricus de Dietreiching, Ortolfus de Chersperch, Sifridus de Lanzenperg, Otto de vezing, Heinricus de Swainpach, Ditmarus Wolfstain, Hertwicus et Heinricus toblarii, Engelschalcus apud valuam.
