Chunrat von Capellen reversiert, dass ihm Propst Ulschalk von St. Florian einige Zehente beim Schloss Ebelsberg lebenslänglich gegen einen jährlichen Zins von drei Schillingen verliehen habe.

    Ne ea, que geruntur in tempore, simul labantur cum tempore, oportet ea litterarum testimonio stabiliri. Proinde ego Chunradus de Capella tenore presencium manifesto, quod dominus Vlschalcus venerabilis prepositus Totusque Conuentus domus sancti floriani specialis dileccionis intuitu michi meeque vxori Munzle quasdam decimas prope castrvm Ebelsperg sitas Ad eorum infirmariam pertinentes, quas heinricus de pasche ab eisdem prius titulo personali tenuit, taliter contulerunt, vt magistro infirmarie III. solidos vsualis monete tempore, quo uixerimus, annuatim in festo beati Martini soluere debeamus, Nobis uero uiam uniuerse carnis ingressis eedem decime sine contradictione qualibet heredum nostrorum ad dictam Ecclesiam libere reuertantur. Sed ne forte in posterum heredes nostri in prescriptis decimis aliquod ius sibi uelint uel ualeant uendicare seu eciam Ecclesiam occasione huiusmodi molestare, presentem litteram de hiis conscriptam sibi tradidi appensione sigilli proprii nec non sigillorum domini Vlrici senioris de capella et fratris mei domini Vlrici pariterque Heinrici de volchenstorf conmunitam. Huius rei testes sunt Heinricus de Volkenstorf, dominus Leutoldus de wald, Dominus Ditricus officialis, Dominus Otto wolfstain, Heinricus de dietreiching, Otto de Vzing, Ditmarus wolfstain, Engelschalcus aput valuam, Heinricus Tobler et plures alii, qui eidem facto interfuerunt, audiuerunt pariter et uiderunt.
