Cum propter humane condicionis statum mutabilem necessarium ac vtile plurimum videatur, ut faeta quelibet caucione lilteratoria confirmentur, Proinde Ego Perchtoldus de Harthaim scire cupio vniuersos presentem paginam inspecturos, quod dominus Vricus venerabilis prepositus et Conuentus in domo sancti Floriani, quemadmodum etiam pie recordacionis dominus Vlscalcus prepositus ante fecerat, obsequiorum meorum fidelitatem attendentes, michi et vxori mee domine Elyzabeth quoddam predium suum contiguum nostris prediis in Munichen personali tytulo contulerunt condicione tamen huiusmodi mediante, ut singulis annis eo tempore, quo vixerimus, XXX. denarios eorum Cellerario, ad cuius administrationem idem predium spectare dinoscitur, in Natiuitate beate virginis soluere debeamus, Nobis vero defunctis prefatum predium ad eandem ecclesiam libere reuertetur nullo iure nostris heredibus penitus conpetente. In huius rei memoriam presentem litteram memorate tradidi. ecclesie sigilli proprii munimine roboratam. Acta sunt hec Anno domini M.CC. Nonagesimo II°. In die sancti Mathei.
