Nos Ulricus divina misericordia prepositus Ecclesie sancti Nycolai Pataviensis vniuersis tenore presencium scire damus, quod dominus Aynbicus Ecclesie sancti Floriani venerabilis prepositus specialis noster dominus ac amicus dileccionis nostre intuitu locauit iure precario vlrico filio fratris nostri bone memorie Chunradi dicti cesaris decimam suam in Meirsdorf trans danubium in quibusdam agris in Campis Ciuitatis Linczensis tantummodo pro tempore uite sue Tali condicione, vt idem vlricus singulis annis prefato domino preposito XII denarios vsualis monete in festo beati Georij soluere non obmittat nec licebit sibi easdem decimas vendere uel obligare vel alio quocunque modo occupare in parte uel in toto preter licenciam domini prepositi specialem. Alioquin ex ipso facto priuabitur iure suo. Et quia memoratus dominus prepositus eandem locacionem ob nostri caritatem fecisse dinoscitur ne postmodum aliqua briga per nostros amicos pro eisdem decimis sue ecclesie suscitetur, presentes litteras cum sigilli nostri karactere sibi damus. Actum anno domini M. CCC. XI in die sancti bonifacij martiris.
