    Vtilis et bona literarum testimonialium confectio, qua facta preterita temporibus transactis sub clara memoria transmittuntur certe noticie futurorum. Proinde cunctis tam futuris quam presentibus pateat per hec scripta, quod ego Heinricus filius quondam domini Ortolfi de volchenstorf de filiorum meorum Heinrici et Sibotonis ac ceterorum heredum meorum voluntate et consilio in Remedium anime mee jus proprietatis, quod michi in tribus possessionibus dictis Arbaithueb, Planchen, Slat conpetebat, libere donaui Ecclesie sancti floriani, quam speciali beniuolencia semper prosequor et fideli, peticionem instantem Alberti et Rudigeri wolfstainensium in hoc pro eo libencius admittendo, quod dietas possessiones, quibus a me inpheodati fuerunt, etiam predicte Ecclesie sibi in Remedium tradiderant. Rudigerus itaque predictus duas Hvebas in Holtzwind, quibus a domino Episcopo Patauiensi impheodatus extiterat, mihi coram ipso in supradictarum possessionum concambium resignauit easdem a me pheodi nomine denuo resumendo. Ne igitur lis uel contencio super dictis possessionibus a me uel meis heredibus Ecclesie predicte in posterum oriatur, presentes literas scribi feci et sigillorum mei et filii mei Hainrici robore conmuniui. Datum in Altenhoven Anno domini M°.CCC°.XVI°. in Pentecoste.
