Necessaria est valde litterarum testimonialium edicio, que modernorum negocia et tractatus presencium, ne obliuioni succumbant, sub certa noticia futuris et posteris clarius patefacit. Proinde nos Hainricus miseracione diuina prepositus, Nicolaus Decanus totusque domus sancti Floriani conuentus Notum facimus vniuersis, ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, quod nos videntes consideracione debita familiaritatis et dilectionis frequenciam nec non obsequiorum fidelium puritatem, quibus vobis Magister Wolfhardus vitrarius et pictor Ecclesie nostre alumpnus iugitur Famulatur, qui et in structure noue domus jnfirmarie nostre subsidium et ad aliam vtilitatem nostram XXX libras denariorum Wiennensium porrexit, fidel sibi et promocionis vicissitudinem dignam duximus rependendum donantes sibi et vxori sue domine Gisile filie quondam magistri Ottonis Muratoris nostri in vino et pane ac alijs victualibus vel cibarijs quibuscunque prebendam integram eadem quantitate vel qualitate, qua dari solet ex nobis cuilibet sacerdoti, quam et sibi pro tempore vite sue siue presenti vel absenti nec in parte nec in toto vmquam minuj volumus, nisi, quod absit, propter evidentem necessitatem fieret prebende destitucio generalis, quo defectu cessante, siquid sibi abscisum (sic) fuerit, ad plenum denuo integretur. Defuncto vero Wolfhardo predicto vxor sua prefata, si superstes fuerit, debet prebenda dimidia contentari, quam in vita sua eadem quantitate et qnalitate percipiet, vt predictum est, sicut consuetum est vni ex nostris dyaconis ministrari. Preterea iustum esse et dignissimum arbitramur, ut quos cibo materiali tamquam Ciues et domesticos reficimus, eciam alimento spiritali, velut filios foueamur, ea propter Wolfhardum et vxorem suam predictos confraternitatis nostre participes esse volumus et consortes. In cuius rei testimonium presentes sibi dedimus litteras Sigillorum nostrorum robore confirmatas, Datum in ecelesia nostra predicta Anno domini M.CCC.XVII, Scolastice virginis.
