Albertus dei gratia Patauiensis Episcopus Omnibus christi fidelibus presentes literas inspecturis salutem in domino sempiternam. Cum quod iustum est petitur, racioni et equitati consonum esse videtur, vt petencium desideria ad debitum deducantur effectum. Sane Venerabi es Viri deuoti nostri Dilecti Wernherus Prepositus Totusque Conventus Monasterii sancti Floriani Canonicorum regularium nostre dyocesis nostram accedentes presentiam nobis humiliter supplicarunt, Quatenus gracias, iura, libertates predicto eorum Monasterio a predecessoribus nostris felicis recordacionis Pontificibus Ecclesie Patauiensis concessas et donatas solita benignitate confirmare dignaremur. Nos igitur piecibus ipsorum fauorabiliter inclinati de Venerabilis Capituli nostri consilio et assensu omnes gracias siue sint in possessionibus, decimis vel aliis factis quibuscumque, iura et libertates concessas et donatas a nostris predecessoribus Monasterio sancti Floriani supradicto, prout prouide et iuste concesse sunt, approbamus et presentis scripti patrocinio confirmamus. In cuius rei Testimonium presentibus nostrum et Venerabilis Capituli nostri Patauiensis predicti sigilla duximus appedenda (sic). Datum Patauie anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo, Vicesimo quinto, decimo Kalendas Decembris.
