Nos Wernherus miseracione diuina domus sancti floriani prepositus, Nycolaus decanus totusque ibidem Conuentus. Notum facimus vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis, quod Albertus dictus Wolfstain Confrater noster Rector domus Hospitalis pauperum Ecclesie nostre quandam vineam in Wachav circa Weizzenchirhen sitam et Smolatsch dictam pro Quadraginta talentis denariorum Wiennensium conparauit eidem Hospitali perpetuo adherendam, Et quia idem Albertus amicis suis quibusdam et familiaribus defunctis, aliquibus ex caritate et amicicia aliquibus eciam ex pecunia ab ipsis percepta ad remedia tenebatur, nostri omnium de consensu et vnanimi voluntate inuiolabiliter perpetuo statuit obseruandum, quod eiusdem domus hospitalis gubernator et rector, qui pro tempore fuerit, de dicte vinee prouentibus annuis in anniuersariis dominorum Ortolfi de Muerring Decani Chremensis dimidiam libram et Ottonis Decani in Lonueld dimidiam libram et Dietmari dicti Wolfstain patrui sui vnam libram et domini Meinhardi de Sintzenperg dimidiam libram annis singulis diuidat inter fratres, quibus ob hoc ad plenas vigilias et Missas defunctorum perpetuo obligamur. Preterea Hospitalarius predictus cum dimidia libra sexaginta denariis additis, quos de quodam predio in Stochêch dicto percipit, vnam missam defunctorum in Capella sancte Katerine singulis secundis feriis pro remedio anime dicti domini Meinhardi celebrandam sollicite procurabit. In qua feria, si propter festorum occupacionem quandoque vel aliam causam legitimam conmode fieri non possit, die sequenti vel alia in eadem tuntaxat ebdomada suppleatur. Verum si vinea predicta in posterum siue vendita seu conmutata in bona forsitan alia redigatur, supradictis oneribus bona eadem merito subiacebunt. Ne igitur in supradictis omnibus vllis temporibus negligencia uel desidia inueniri debeat vel contingi, Presentes litteras in testimonium perpetuum conscriptas nostrorum munimine roborauimus sigillorum. Datum in Ecclesia nostra predicta Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Vicesimo octauo, Georii Martiris.
