    Nos Otto dei gratia Dux Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie Tenore presentium publice profitemur, quod attendentes fame commendabilis preconium, quo Honorabiles et Religiose persone Priorissa et Conuentus Sanctimonialium Monasterii in Bulgarn Ordinis sancti Spiritus in uita Monastica et celebis Religionis obseruantia adornantur multipliciter quodque ex ipsarum omnium suffragiis a diuina facilius nobis optinere possumus clementia, vt misericordie sue brauium apprehendere mereamur, jpsis ex speciali gratia indulsimus, concessimus ad instar fratris nostri karissimi Ducis Alberti jllustris presentibus ipsis perpetuo tradidimus et donamus, vt singulis annis Triginta vasa vini et quadraginta modios communis grani absque exactione mute siue Thelonei cuiuslibet in aqua vel per Terram ad dictam domum possint deducere libere et quiete, Precipientes vniuersis nostris Officialibus Mutariis siue Thelonariis, qui nunc vel pro tempore fuerint, firmiter nostre gratie sub obtentu, ne dictas dominas in eadem deductione vini et Bladi quoquo modo impediant sev perturbent. In cuius rei testimonium presentes nostri Sigilli munimine dedimus in testimonium euidens super eo. Datum in Paungartenperg in Crastino beati Pangratii Anno domini Millesimo CCC° Tricesimo Quinto.
