Nos Hainricus ecclesie domus sancti Floriani diuina permissione prepositus, Johannes decanus et conuentus ibidem tenore presencium profitemur, quod Weichardus quondam plebanus ecclesie nostre in Losperch pro anime sue remedio et pro anniuersario suo post festum sancti Laurencij missa defunctorum cum vigilijs peragendo, donauit nobis XVI talenta denariorum wiennensium, ad quos posuimus IX talenta denariorum, cum quibus conparäuimus redditus XI solidorum denariorum veterum, quos colonus residens in Hohenberg in parrochia in Chaetzleinstorf in festo beati Georij et in natiuitate beate virginis Marie annis singulis infirmario ministrabit. Qui in anniuersario predicti plebani VI solidos denariorum diuidet in conuentu dominorum; medium talentum denariorum debet habere infirmarius pro elemosine subsidio. VII denarios, quos de vinea Sneyder vulgariter nominata singulis diebus dominicis septem personis pauperis in hospitali primitus institutis largire tenetur, insuper per Ix denarios dabit tribus pauperibus, quibus in quadragesima pedes secundum consuetudinem abluuntur, et XXX denarios idem infirmarius pro labore suo tenebit. Et ut hec deuocionis remedia rata sint, sigillis nostris hanc litteram confirmamus, que data est post mille et trecentas annos incarnacionis domini, Deinde in festo sancti Michaelis in quinquagesimo anno videlicet jubileo.
