Nouerint vniuersi, ad quorum audientiam presens scriptum peruenerit, quod ego Jacobus filius Weidonis ciuis de Wienna de consensu et bona uoluntate vxoris mee Gevte post obitum euisdem ordinaui pro remedio anime mee ecclesie sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna singulis annis in redditibus quinque solidos et decem denarios monete vsvalis et quinquaginta pullos minus duobus, qui redditus soluuntur omni anno in die beati Georgii simul et semel de octo domibus in strata, que dicitur Vilzerstraz, situatis, pulli vero soluuntur in tribus festiuitatibus, videlicet in natiuitate domini, in pasca et etiam in pentecosten. Vt autem hec, que ordinaui salutis anime mee causa, robur firmitatis obtineant, presentem litteram ecclesie prefate tradidi sigillo domini Ottonis de Haslow, tunc iudicis prouincialis Austrie, nec non sigillo Eberhardi de Swabdorf consobrini mei communitam. Huius rei testes sunt, dominus Hermannus de Wolfgerstorf, Wolfherus dictus Shino miles, Sifridus officialis Scotorum, Vlricus notarius, Chunradus, Nicolaus, Stephanus, Chunzlo sartor, seruientes domini abbatis Scotorum et alii quam plures. Datum Wienne anno domini Mo. CCo. LXXIIo.
