Nos Ottacharus dei gratia Boemie rex, dux Austrie, Styrie, Karinthie, marchioque Morawie, dominus Carniole, Marchie, Egre ac Portusnaonis scire volumus presencium quoslibet inspectores, quod pretextu remuneracionis diuine omnia iura et libertates ecclesie Scotorum in Wienna ipsis volumus secundum ipsorum priuilegiorum continenciam ab omnibus obseruari et, si de consuetudine racionabiliter approbata et legitime prescripta sit hucusque actenus introductum, quod nostra familia et peregrini et hospites et ipsius ecclesie homines in Wienna decedentes in prefata ecclesia debeant sepeliri, huic consuetudini racionabili nostrum prebemus assensum pariter et fauorem, dantes prefate ecclesie presentem litteram in robur et testimonium euidens nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratam cum testium nominibus, qui aderant, infrascriptis, qui sunt, Otto de Haslaw, marschalcus Austrie, Otto de Perhtoltstorf, camerarius Austrie, Vlricus de Ruchendorf et alii quam plures fide digni.
