Nos frater Ek. commendator prouincialis per Bohemiam, Morauiam et Austriam et fratres domus in Schekwiz ordinis Cruciferorum de Templo tenore presencium publice profitemur, quod, cum super redditibus quadraginta octo denariorum Wiennensium vsualis monete persoluendorum anunatim de cvria, que wulgariter dicitur Tvemvoitzhoue sita in strata, que dicitur Tvemvoitzstraz, Wienne, inter honorabiles viros dominum Wilhelmum abbatem et conuentum ecclesie sancte Marie Scothorum Wienne a parte vna et nos et domum nostrarn ex altera questio siue contencio aliquamdiu uerteretur, quod tandem sedata et conposita fuit eadem questio siue contencio amicabiliter in hunc modum, quod, vt prenominati redditus eisdem dominis prefatis et ecclesie sue quiete et pacifice remanerent, iidem domini redditus alios quadraginta quinque denariorum Wiennensium vsualis monete, qui in die sancti Michahelis annis singulis persolui debent, de quadam pistrina dicta Hesennarii sita in strata, que vulgo dicitur Ratsraz, Wienne assignauerunt et dederunt nobis et domui nostre in Schekwiz libere et perpetuo possidendos, ita quod et nos cessimus ex nunc et renunciauimus totaliter omni actioni et juri, quod nobis in suprascripta curia conpetebat, sicut eciam patet ex litteris inter nos hinc et inde traditis euidenter. Huius rei testessunt frater Sifridus Ae Brvenna ordinis nostri magister, H. medicus, Cvnradus notarius domini Wilhelmi abbatis predicti, Fridericus officialis suus, Slvervo ciuis Wiennensis et alii quam plurimi fide digni. In cuius rei testimonium presentes conscribi fecimus litteras sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas. Datum Wienne anno domini Mo. CCCoIIo in crastino sancti Michahelis.
