    Nos Gotfridus dei gratia Tvmprepositus, Wolfgerus decanus totumque capitulum ecclesie Patauiensis ad noticiam vniuersorum Christi fidelium, quibus expedit, cupimus peruenire, quod nos maturo prehabito consilio et vnanimi consensu vineam nostram ad nostram prebendam pertinentem, sitam in Hohewart prope Werich, discreto viro domino Helnwico, cappelario sancti Pancratii in Wienna, vendidimus et venditam eidem Helnwico in nomine domini resignamus pro quadraginta marcis puri argenti, de quibus ipse nos integraliter expediuit, decernentes et eandem pecuniam in vsus nostre prebende fructuosius commutare. Statuimus preterea nos sinceros auctores predicte vinee, quod vulgariter Gwer dicitur, et secundum terre consuetudinem approbatam a cunctis impedicionibus defensores. Ut autem hec rata et inconuulsa permaneant, presentem litteram predicto domino Helnwico desuper contulimus, secreti nostri sigilli appendicio roboratam. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo tercio, in die beati Andree apostoli.
