    Nos Wernhardus dei gracia ecclesie Patauiensis episcopus tenore presencium publice protestamur et constare volumus vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis, quod priuilegium presentis rescripti non rasum neque cancellatum, non abolitum neque in aliqua parte viciatum, sed saluum et inuiolabile in omnibus et per omnia tam sigillo quam scriptura manu attrectauimus et vidimus in hec uerba. (Folgt die pag. l, Nr. I abgedruckte Urkunde Herzog Heinrich's II. dd. Wien 1158.) Nos vero in testimonium premissorum ad peticionem ipsius domini abbatis Scotorum de Wienna, cum gnaue sibi esset, privilegia ad viam tam longinquam secum deportare, presentibus litteris sigillum nostrum duximus apponendum. Anno domini millesimo tricentesimo quarto, in vigilia purificacionis beate Marie virginis.
