Johannes episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis . . abbati et conuentui monasterii sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna ordinis sancti Benedicti Patauiensis diocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Solet annuere sedes apostolica piis uotis et honestis petentium precibus fauorem beneuolum impertiri. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii uestris iustis postulationibus grato concurrentes assensu omnes libertates et immunitates a predecessoribus nostris Romanis pontificibus siue per priuilegia seu indulgencias uobis et monasterio uestro concessas nec non libertates et exemptiones secularium exactionum a regibus et principibus et aliis Christi fidelibus rationabiliter uobis et monasterio predicto indultas, sicut eas iuste ac pacifice obtinetis, uobis et per uos eidem monasterio auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infrigere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Auinione VIIIo. kalendas Februarii, pontificatus nostri anno primo.
