In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus, quod quidam homo nomine Udalricus quandam ecclesiam in loco, qui dicitur Grimhartesstetin, constructam cum dote, que est perndorf, et quinque mancipiis et uno domate prope ecclesiam cum coniuge sua Ottilia per manum Odalrici patauiensis episcopi beato Stephano tradidit ea scilicet conditione, ut, si ipse uel heredes eius idoneum et populo utilem clericum inuenerint, episcopus ecclesiam ei tradat, sin autem episcopus utilem et idoneum sacerdotem ibi constituat. Huius ecclesie termini sunt: Primum a capite rotilich usque dum idem riuulus rotilam influat et sic per chonzanwisa et pertinolssperch usque ad ripam danubii. Secundo uero contra meridiem usque ad terminum ecclesie buchn(owe). Tercio uero supra montem contra orientem usque hasilbach. Quarto quoque a ripa predicti fluminis danubii contra septentrionem usque ad marcham boemicam. Consecrata est autem hec ecclesia et facta tradicio anno ab incarnacione domini mill. C.X. Indictione III. XIIII. Kal. Octobris regnante Heinrico rege huius nominis quinto feliciter. Amen.
